Center Saturdays: Waist beading with Sewra and Screening of La Operacion

Bring the family out to this month’s Saturday Studio at the Center. Saturday Studio is a monthly interactive event that features hands-on and movement workshops, and along with other engaging classes for people of all ages led by some of the city’s most innovative artists. This month features a waist bead workshop with artist Sewra. Learn the history and art of this African aesthetic tradition.

Admission for workshop: $10
