CCCADI’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS WELCOMES TWO NEW MEMBERS

This past spring, the CCCADI Board of Directors expanded with the appointment of Danny Jiminian, Esq. and Nikoa Evans.

Nikoa Evans

Danny Jiminian, Esq. is a bilingual New York-based lawyer born to Dominican parents in Williamsburg and raised in Washington Heights. He has been practicing entertainment law, business law, contract law, copyright law, trademark law, and non-profit law through his firm, Jiminian Law PLLC, since 2014. He is also a creative entrepreneur producing films and developing start-ups. After law school, he knew what he wanted to do and opened his practice to help under-represented clients of color in the community. He mainly focuses on small businesses and artistic projects in music, television, film, theatre, dance, and the visual arts.

Nikoa Evans is a trusted strategic advisor with over thirty years of experience in marketing, brand positioning, and building infrastructure and economic eco-systems for entrepreneurs in diverse communities. Her consultancy has advised national brands, retail developers, entrepreneurs and economic development corporations on market entry strategy, consumer engagement, business development and commercial revitalization strategies in emerging U.S. markets. Nikoa currently oversees the general management, marketing strategy, economic development, community engagement and strategic partnerships for Harlem Park to Park, which represents 300+ entrepreneurs in Harlem, NY. Under her leadership, Harlem Park to Park has created and implemented results-driven strategic initiatives designed to integrate Culture, Community and Commerce. She also co-founded and served as managing director of NYC retail venture N Harlem NY.

Nikoa and Danny’s extensive experience, expertise and dedication to our community will help CCCADI continue its work and strengthen its legacy.
